Here are some interesting pet memorial products I have come across when searching for ways to remember our dear departed Paco

SoulBursts: I had the purple disk above made - it is blown glass, made with your pet's ashes inside. Isn't it beautiful? The artist, Michelle Kaptur, is really nice and she used to own siberians 20 years ago! Small world.

I bought this cool keychain from ebay user jc012989. I put Paco's ashes in it and now he accompanies me everywhere. Jeannette has lots of unique pet memorial items in her ebay store.

Treasure Box from Faith. I put some of Paco's hair in it and wear it as a necklace. Comes in silver and gold tones. I got gold because I am a gold kind of girl.

I also got an icicle cremulet (scroll down to the IC01 examples) made in lavendar, that was made with Paco's ashes. I wear it as a neckace and love to have Paco with me all day long.

Siberian Husky Urn - this is a beautiful urn and is on our fireplace now. Follow the link to see where to get it.

Our vet made this for us out of Paco's pawprint. I would like to decorate it with glitter or something... but am not very artistic. Would love ideas. (email nancy at sleddogcafe dot com)

• TamaraLyn Young (yukonhuskies@hotmail.com) does bead work and has a site at www.bieyedbeading.etsy.com. I wish I was into jewelry because she has some cool stuff. TamaraLyn says: I can make beads in just about any color with ashes encased in them. It actually looks quite pretty, like a sprinkle of sparkly dust inside the bead. I'm working on a memorial bracelet for my own crew of departed ones. I can't work with fur as it just burns in the torch flame.
